God Does Forgive Deliberate Sins

Fingers pointing at the word "Guilty".

Good morning, my brothers and sisters. Today, I want to share that God forgives deliberate sins, and this forgiveness has changed my life.

God’s forgiveness covers all sins, even the ones we commit on purpose. This is the main point I want to share with you today.

I’m sharing my own story of struggling with sin for a long time. My goal is to show that God’s forgiveness is real, not to judge anyone.

Recently, I remembered some of my past sins and found myself thinking about those times again.

Thinking about those events led me to my knees, asking God for forgiveness.

You don’t need to worry about going through this for your own sins. I’ve heard it said in the Bible, though maybe not in these exact words: “Confess your sins to Jesus and ask Him to forgive you.”

If you truly mean it when you ask Him, He will forgive you, and that will be it. The relief and peace from God’s forgiveness are hard to describe, and I hope you feel them too.

I knew most of what I did was wrong, but I kept doing those things for a long time, and honestly, it didn’t bother me much back then.

I expected there would be consequences, but I didn’t really understand how much pain and distance from God my actions would bring.

I won’t go into detail about my sins here, but I want you to know that sin is real, and some sins have bigger consequences than others.

You may not have to face the same consequences for your sins, but sometimes God deals with me differently than with others.

Now I understand why God treats me the way He does. I really came to know Jesus in July 2020, even though He was always there.

During hard times, I asked Jesus for help, but I wasn’t looking for a real relationship with Him back then.

Sometimes He helped me, and sometimes He didn’t. But when I really opened my heart to Him, His forgiveness changed me. I want you to know His forgiveness can change you too.

I regret those past sins. Even though Jesus has forgiven me, I still think about those old memories sometimes.

In July 2020, I asked Jesus to forgive all my sins, and He did. He also gently corrected me and led me to a better path.

No matter if I’m special or not, I know God loves me because He chose to save me.

His love and acceptance never change, and I hope you feel just as safe and valued with Him. If you’re scared to go to Jesus because of your sins, don’t be afraid.

Jesus welcomed me even with my sins, and I want you to know He will welcome you too. Don’t let fear stop you—go to Jesus today for forgiveness and peace.

I’m a believer now, but there was a time when I wasn’t. Back then, I rarely asked Jesus for help. It’s hard to ask for help from someone you don’t know. But I encourage you, don’t let doubt or past mistakes keep you away. Turn to Jesus, open your heart, and let Him forgive and guide you like He did for me. Today can be a new start.
